My Workouts: 10-12-11

Wednesday wasn’t super intense for me cuz I was busy and I didn’t even get to the gym until eight, but here it is:

  • One hour of yoga
  • 2nd day of Couch to 5k, went two and a half miles, 32 minutes

Couch to 5k is tough. D: But fun.
