Okay, I thought today would end up being easy because my hip has been hurting since C25K last night, but I ended up working my ass off:

Pretty intense work out today if I do say so myself. Well. Intense for me anyways… xD
I’m feeling the C25K. It wasn’t so much the running so much as it was the distance. I ran around the indoor track at my school’s gym and I think I ended up going two or three miles. So yeah. I’m a little sore. xD
Can I just say OW?! I woke up this morning and was already sore, and I did it again so now I’m super sore. I probably won’t do it tomorrow, just to give my muscles a break. I’ll probably just swim and run and do yoga tomorrow, but then Saturday I’ll be back on track with this workout.
Didn’t do a lot today. I’m having a really hard time working out and being able to stick with it.
And some random dancing around to music, but that was about it today. :c I’ve been so exhausted and run down lately. I think it might be PMS, cuz my skin looks god-awful as well, and I’ve had a pretty big headache even with all the water I’ve been drinking.
