Calorie counting: Day 1

Breakfast: 

  • Skipped breakfast. As usual. I need to find some quick and easy meals to eat in the mornings, though a lot of the time I’m too nauseous to eat. 

Lunch: 

  • Popcorn chicken: 220 calories
  • Oven Fried Potatoes: 140
  • Lay’s Potato chips: 150 
  • Brownie: 190

After school:

  • Jimmy Dean Breakfast thing: 240 
  • Panda Express Mandarin Chicken: 250
  • Panda Express Potstickers: 220
  • Bowl of ice
  • (I was a little hungry… xD) 

Snack:

  • Chocolate: 90

Dinner:

  • Breakfast burrito with egg whites and turkey sausage and a tortilla: 390

Totaly: About 1890. Actually less than I was expecting. I usually assume that I eat about 2200 a day. I guess not. xD And even then I ate more than I usually do. I burned a lot too today though with school and cleaning and whatnot, and I’m bound to burn more. 

Workout: 5-8-11

Haven’t worked out in a few days, so here’s what I accomplished this evening:
